For domestic order, all orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We have a 3 - day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please note that reverse shipment charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Size order are acceptable only via prepaid payment method, and are ineligible for refunds, exchanges
